Sweet and Zesty Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

Who likes bacon? Shrimp? Take it up a notch with an Old Bay, brown sugar, and melted butter sauce on it while it bakes... then scorch it on broil for a couple minutes to crisp it up!

Ingredients:
1lb uncooked, deveined and cleaned shrimp (leave tails on)
1lb bacon, cut in thirds
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (or more for spicier kick)
Dipping Sauce:
1.5 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp sriracha
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Method:
Preheat oven to 400F
Wrap bacon around shrimp tightly and secure with toothpick
Set on foil-lined baking sheet, leaving min 1” space between shrimp
Brush liberally 2/3 of the sauce on each bacon-wrapped shrimp
Place in oven for 8 min
Remove from oven, flip shrimp, and brush remianing sauce on other sides
Place back in oven for 5 min
Turn on broil at 500F for 2-3 min to crisp up bacon
Remove from oven and plate
TIP: Dab bottoms of shrimp with paper towel to absorb excess liquid (as you see from the photo, I did NOT 🤣)
Dipping Sauce: - Combine all ingredients in small bowl and stir until fully incorporated. Keep cold until serving.
